Dr Angelo Ercia
Consultant
Dr. Angelo Ercia is the founder of EER Insights and the main consultant. His expertise and experience include designing and conducting engagement, evaluation and research in digital health, public health and healthcare services for over 15 years. His academic background includes a B.S. degree in human development from The University of California at Davis, a master’s degree in public health, specialising in health behavior and health promotion from The University of Arizona, and a Ph.D. in international public health policy from The University of Edinburgh. He is currently a fellow member of the Royal Society for Public Health UK.
He has worked across academic, public, and industry sectors to drive user-centered, evidence-based solutions in digital health, healthcare, and public health in the USA and UK.
Angelo’s work includes leading user engagement, evaluation, and research to support the development and implementation of early intervention and prevention in mental health services, strengthening health promotion and community health, and digital innovations across primary and secondary care (i.e., dermatology, rheumatology, MSK/CATs, ophthalmology, risk stratification of cancer patients developing liver and/or kidney damage using AI/machine learning clinical decision support system).
